A group of neighbors have gathered together to address the median with deferred maintenance that is in front of their homes. They read about the PVE Foundation and hoped that we could partner with them to beautify this are for the enjoyment of all.
This effort is in a preliminary phase to explore the design and analyze the cost of the project.
